Get Stream Source - X

Returns a single source (must be owned by the authenticated user). Endpoint: GET /2/users/:user_id/sources/:source_id

Same shape as an item inside the list response, wrapped:

Poll this endpoint after starting your encoder and wait for is_stream_active: true before creating a broadcast — creating a broadcast against a source that is not yet ingesting returns a 404.
