**前提条件**
始める前に、以下が必要です:
* 承認済みの App がある [developer account](https://developer.x.com/en/portal/petition/essential/basic-info)
* App の Bearer Token (ルックアップ用)
* ユーザー Access Token (follows の管理用)

## ユーザーのフォロワーを取得
特定ユーザーをフォローしているユーザーのリストを取得します:

対象アカウントが非公開の場合、フォローリクエストが承認されるまで `pending_follow` は `true` になります。
